The Topsy Tail was a product sold during the 1990s that flips a pony tail to make a dressier style. Its possible to do the topsy tail style without the tool. The actual tool is a loop on a stick. The hair style holds well and works best on long hair at least shoulder length.
Instructions
- 1
Brush out the hair.
2Pull the hair back into a low sitting pony tail. The rubber band should sit at the nape of the neck.
3Make a small gap in the hair above the rubber band. Loosen the band by pulling the hair loose.
4Hold the rubber band and push it through the hole. Pull the pony tail all the way through the hole. Pull tightly.
