Instructions
- 1
Measure 3/4 cup of water into the empty spray bottle.
2Add 3/4 cup of vegetable glycerin to the water in the spray bottle.
3Add four drops of essential oil, about 1/2 tsp, to the mixture in the bottle.
4Secure the top on the spray bottle and shake vigorously to ensure that the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
5Spray generously on freshly washed curls to enhance and define.
